The approach

A small agency, run by the person who does the work

Work Smart is led by Moumbagna Hervé Ulrich Leblanc, from Yaoundé. There is no sales layer between you and the person building your system: the founder scopes the project, executes it and supports it afterwards.

The agency is young and says so plainly. What replaces a long client list is a set of written commitments you can hold us to, a documented method, and technical depth across security and development that few generalist providers carry at once.

Security first

Every project is scoped with its risk profile in mind, whether it is a network or a landing page.

One contact

The person who answers your call is the person doing the work. Nothing gets lost in translation.

Documented delivery

You receive the documentation for what was built. You are never locked in to your provider.

Four disciplines

Infrastructure, design, development and social media handled under one roof, to one standard.

Why trust a young agency

Commitments in writing, not testimonials

Work Smart is recent and has no long reference list to show. What it offers instead is a set of commitments written into every engagement.

Fixed quote, written scope

Price and scope are agreed before any work starts. Nothing outside that scope is billed without your written approval.

Reply within 24 working hours

Every request gets an answer within one working day, during a project and after delivery.

Documentation handed over

Configurations, credentials and source code are delivered to you. Another provider can take over without starting from zero.

Corrections included after delivery

Anything that does not match the agreed scope is fixed at no charge during the warranty period written into the quote.

You deal with the founder

No account manager, no relay. The person who commits is the person who delivers.

Method

Five stages, no surprises

The same sequence applies whether the project is a firewall migration or an e-commerce build.

  1. Diagnosis

We map what exists, what it costs you today and where the real risk sits, before proposing anything.

  2. Scoping

Scope, deliverables, schedule and price are written down and signed. This document governs the whole engagement.

  3. Build

Work proceeds with regular checkpoints so you see progress rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.

  4. Acceptance

You test against the agreed scope, point by point. Nothing goes live until that list is signed off.

  5. Go-live & support

Coordinated launch, documentation handed over, then support under the terms agreed at scoping.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Because a small structure commits to things a large one will not: a fixed price, a written scope, a named contact, and documentation handed to you at the end. The founder handles your project personally, which means faster decisions and no cost of an intermediary. If a long reference list is a hard requirement for you, say so at the first call and we will tell you honestly whether the fit is right.
It depends on scope, and any number quoted before understanding your situation would be dishonest. The first call is free, lasts around thirty minutes and produces a written estimate within 48 hours. That estimate commits you to nothing.
Yes. Design, development and social media work is handled remotely with no loss of quality. Network and infrastructure work needing physical presence is covered in Yaoundé and the surrounding area; elsewhere it is arranged case by case.
You receive the documentation, the credentials and the source code. A warranty period written into the quote covers corrections at no charge. Beyond that you can take out a maintenance contract or stop there, with no lock-in either way.
Typically a deposit at signing and the balance on acceptance, with intermediate milestones on longer projects. Terms are set in the quote before anything begins.
Yes. Documentation, meetings and deliverables can be produced in French or English, in Cameroon or internationally.

Your next project starts here.

A thirty-minute call is enough to tell whether we can help, and to give you a clear direction either way.
